Benevolence: Meeting Financial & Practical Needs

The Painted Door Benevolence Team studies, evaluates, and designs plans to respond to benevolence needs brought to its awareness by the church and greater community.  In addition, the Benevolence Team seeks to support and advance the benevolence efforts of the church community.  The church also has a limited fund available to temporarily address essential needs of the church members, attendees, and greater community in crisis situations.

Please note that per our policy, as a general principle, the benevolence fund may not be used to service needs in a given year totaling over $1000 per adult or $500 per child.

If you have a need or are aware of any need you would like reviewed by the Painted Door Benevolence Team, please submit your request in the form provided or email  Your information will give us insight into the situation and will be kept confidential to the extent possible, shared only with those taking part in addressing the need.
